Replacement Policy

Please note that we do not offer returns on any products. Replacement is only available if the product is damaged from our side.

How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement in case of damage:

• You must record a proper unboxing video while opening the package for the first time and send on WhatsApp.
• The video should clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the product condition.
• Replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

At Watch Villa, we start processing orders immediately after they are placed. Customers are provided with a 15-minute cancellation window from the time of order placement.

COD / Booking Amount Orders

• Orders secured with a ₹100 booking amount may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.
• If the order is cancelled within the 15-minute countdown period, the ₹100 booking amount will be fully refunded.
• Once the 15-minute cancellation window expires, no refund of the booking amount will be available.

Prepaid Orders

• Prepaid orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of order placement.
• If cancelled within the 15-minute countdown period, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation After 15 Minutes (Prepaid Orders)

• If a prepaid order is cancelled after the 15-minute cancellation window, shipping charges, packing and handling charges, payment gateway charges (if applicable), and any order processing costs incurred will be deducted.
• The remaining eligible balance will not be refunded to the original payment method.
• Instead, the balance amount will be retained as Store Credit with Watch Villa.
• This Store Credit can be used on the customer's next purchase from Watch Villa and will be adjusted against the new order value.

Refund Processing

• Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time of the respective payment provider.
• Store Credit, where applicable, will be maintained for future purchases and can be redeemed during checkout.
