Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. All orders are shipped from our warehouse using trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Prepaid orders are prioritized and typically delivered faster than Cash on Delivery orders.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We periodically offer free shipping on selected products or order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp. You can also track your order status from My Orders in your account.
Packaging
Every watch is carefully packed in secure, protective packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We take extra care with fragile items.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select pin codes. A nominal COD fee may apply. You can check COD availability during checkout. Prepaid orders are recommended for faster processing.
Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, festivals, or courier issues. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
